Glue Spreader
Is the process of applying glue to the layers of plywood core, face, and back. Glue will be tested in the laboratory to ensure that the glue used is standard or not. The first glue process is done for the core layer and then the second glue will be continued after the core through the Sanding Calibration process. The second glue process, the core back layer is glued to the face layer. Depending on the thickness of the plywood to beproduced, the glue process can occur more than two times. Mil always uses international quality plywood glue, produced directly by PAI (Pamolite Adhesive Industry).

Cold Press
Is a process after the core layer and back through the glue process. The cold press process lasts at least 30 minutes, depending on glue type and the thickness level.

Hot Press
Processes the second stage so that the resulting plywood product dries completely. This is one of the advantages of PT. MII. This machine ensure that every plywood sheet will be dried simultaneously and will enter the dryer so that there are no processes of over drying.

Double Sizer
Process is cutting the edge of plywood in both directions length and width according to the final size of the desired plywood.

Putty 1
At this stage the pkywood that has been cut will be put together with a special material tocover the existing gap from the repair process.

Calibration Sander
At this stage the plywood will be smoothed so that the thickness is equal. If there is a defect in the process, it will return to the Glue Spreader. At this stage the plywood will be smoothed so that the thickness is equal. If there is a defect in the process, it will return to the Glue Spreader.

Putty 2
Different from the previous putty process, this process only caulks a small amount of plywood that is still hollow and then it goes into the Finishing Sander process to smooth the surface of the plywood.

Finishing Sander
Finishing is a stage at the end of the plywood production process. It can be called the process of refening plywood (sanding). This is a form of MII’s commitment to producing quality products according to customer’s orders.

Cargo Ready
Is the process of packing to each customer’s requirements and specifications. The cargo is then ready for shipment to final destination.
